Responsibilities
Interior Painting: Handling full room painting, accent walls, and necessary touch-ups
Drywall Repair: Patching holes, sanding, and prepping surfaces for a professional finish
Unit Turns: Clearing out debris and ensuring vacated units meet move-in standards
General Labor: Assisting with minor plumbing (clogs), changing light bulbs, and basic carpentry
Safety & Grounds: Maintaining a clean workspace and assisting with general property upkeep
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in apartment maintenance, landscaping, or general home repair
Interior Painting: Handling full room painting, accent walls, and necessary touch-ups
Drywall Repair: Patching holes, sanding, and prepping surfaces for a professional finish
Unit Turns: Clearing out debris and ensuring vacated units meet move-in standards

Preferred
Basic proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and painting equipment
Ability to speak both English and Spanish is highly preferred
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and remain active for the duration of the shift
A track record of consistent attendance and a strong work ethic
