Responsibilities
Present vehicle protection products to clients
Assist clients with completing transactions either in cash or with the securing of finance or lease terms
Comply with all State and Federal regulations regarding privacy and transparency standards
Participate in staff training to enhance the efficiency of the sales and finance departments
Develop and implement sales strategies to crush targets
Foster a customer-centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction
Embrace technology to streamline the customer experience
Qualification
Required
Previous automotive experience is REQUIRED for this position
Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of selling automotive products to clients
Working knowledge of the finance process
Show through their work history an ability to generate sales with high customer satisfaction
Must work hard, communicate clearly, and be interested in a real career with long term potential
Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the US
Applicants must have a valid driver's license
