Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of client accounts
Act as a strategic hiring partner, delivering tailored recruitment solutions
Source, screen, and interview high-quality professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and market intelligence tools
Manage the full candidate journey from initial contact through offer and placement
Lead client meetings, pitch recruitment solutions, and negotiate commercial terms
Collaborate with leadership and delivery teams to exceed performance targets and drive growth
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in a 360 role
Proven ability to prospect, win new business, and close deals
Experience working with ATS systems (Ceipal preferred)
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, and local job boards
Results-driven, competitive, and highly motivated
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
