Salesforce Service Cloud Architect
JPS Tech Solutions is looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale customer service solutions. This role focuses on Service Cloud, Omnichannel integrations, and contact center platforms, with a strong emphasis on AI-driven service optimization using Salesforce Einstein.

Responsibilities
Design and lead Salesforce Service Cloud solutions (case management, SLAs, knowledge)
Architect Omnichannel integrations across voice, chat, email, and digital channels
Integrate Salesforce with Genesys Contact Center using CTI, APIs, and event-driven frameworks
Implement Einstein AI features for intelligent routing, insights, and analytics
Collaborate with stakeholders and guide development teams on best practices and architecture
Qualification
Required
12+ years IT experience, including 6+ years in Salesforce architecture
Strong expertise in Service Cloud, Omnichannel, CTI, and Einstein AI
Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud integrations
Solid knowledge of Salesforce integrations, security, governance, and DevOps
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Preferred
Salesforce Architect / Service Cloud Consultant certifications preferred
Experience with Experience Cloud or Sales Cloud
Exposure to AI/GenAI, chatbots, or service automation
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD tools (GitHub, Copado, Gearset)
