Responsibilities
Perform detailed financial and accounting analyses to support transaction advisory and diligence engagements
Assist with financial modeling, working capital analyses, and quality of earnings schedules
Support transaction teams with PowerPoint and Excel deliverables, including management presentations and data exhibits
Conduct market and industry research to assist in valuation and buyer/seller diligence processes
Coordinate with clients, external stakeholders, and other advisory professionals to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of experience in accounting, investment banking, or transaction advisory
Strong analytical and accounting background; public accounting experience preferred (audit or advisory)
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for financial modeling and presentation formatting
Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
Preferred
Public accounting experience preferred (audit or advisory)
CPA designation or progress toward CPA strongly preferred
