Responsibilities
Serve as the SME and technical engineer for enterprise collaboration platforms including Google Workspace (Admin Console, Gmail, Drive, Vault, Gemini), Smartsheet, and Lucidchart
Lead daily administration, configuration, maintenance, and architecture of core collaboration systems supporting a global employee base
Design and execute feature rollouts, configuration baselines, platform changes, and global change‑management processes
Implement and enforce security and governance controls such as DLP, conditional access, OAuth restrictions, SSO/SAML, and compliance policies
Develop and leverage automation using Google Apps Script, Python, PowerShell, and GAM to reduce operational load and improve service quality
Integrate collaboration platforms with enterprise systems to enable seamless cross‑departmental workflows and automation
Lead and support data migration efforts between collaboration suites (e.g., M365 → Google Drive)
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in Google Workspace administration, collaboration platforms, scripting automation, and enterprise‑scale governance, security, and integrations
Serve as the SME and technical engineer for enterprise collaboration platforms including Google Workspace (Admin Console, Gmail, Drive, Vault, Gemini), Smartsheet, and Lucidchart
Lead daily administration, configuration, maintenance, and architecture of core collaboration systems supporting a global employee base

Extensive experience administering Google Workspace, including Admin Console, Gmail, Drive, Vault, Gemini, and SSO/SAML configurations
Strong background with collaboration tools such as Smartsheet and Lucidchart
Hands‑on scripting and automation using Apps Script, Python, PowerShell, and GAM
Experience implementing enterprise security and governance controls in large global organizations
Experience with large‑scale collaboration migrations, platform consolidation, or global rollouts
Knowledge of IT asset management, licensing strategy, and optimization
Experience integrating collaboration tools with enterprise systems and automation workflows
Leadership experience or ability to mentor engineers and provide technical guidance
