Responsibilities
Supervise all finishing activities on-site to ensure work meets required quality and design standards
Prepare and manage daily and weekly work schedules to support timely project execution
Inspect and verify the quality of finishing materials before installation to maintain compliance with project specifications
Coordinate with contractors and site teams to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any on-site issues
Provide accurate progress reports to project managers, highlighting status updates and potential delays
Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and best practices throughout all finishing activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architecture
4–7 years of experience in high‑end finishing projects
Strong ability to supervise finishing activities, manage schedules, and monitor work quality
Proven experience coordinating site teams and delivering accurate progress and material‑quality reports
