They are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support routine preventative maintenance and basic mechanical upkeep of sheet metal fabrication equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on sheet metal fabrication equipment, including:
Turret
Laser cutting machines
Press Brakes
Conduct routine inspections and report equipment issues or abnormal conditions
Perform basic mechanical servicing to maintain safe and reliable operation
Assist senior maintenance technicians with repairs and equipment servicing
Complete maintenance checklists and log work performed
Safely operate forklifts and follow all safety, LOTO, and housekeeping procedures
Support production by responding to minor maintenance requests
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing equipment and machinery
Lubrication of moving components per maintenance schedules
Replacement of common wear items (filters, belts, hoses, seals)
Tightening and adjustment of fasteners, guards, and basic machine components
Cleaning of machines, sensors, and work areas
Visual inspection of pneumatic and hydraulic systems for leaks
Monitoring coolant, lubrication, and air systems and refilling as required
Visual checks of electrical components (cables, sensors, limit switches)
Staging tools, parts, and equipment for maintenance activities
Qualification
Required
Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to follow written procedures
Forklift certification required or ability to obtain
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and escalate issues appropriately
Safety-minded, reliable, and team-oriented
Preferred
Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication equipment
