They are seeking a closer-focused Outside Sales Representative with in-home sales experience to run qualified appointments, close deals, and drive revenue for their product lines.

Responsibilities

Run in-home appointments and close sales using proven, state-of-the-art sales systems
Present solutions clearly, handle objections confidently, and ask for the sale
Prepare accurate estimates and contracts
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
Maintain clean, accurate CRM records and manage your pipeline like a pro
Communicate effectively with production and installation teams to ensure smooth project handoff
Build referrals and represent NextWave professionally in the community

Required

3+ years of successful in-home sales experience (home improvement preferred)
Proven ability to close deals—not just present
Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and communication skills
Self-discipline, accountability, and a competitive mindset
Ability to manage a full pipeline and follow up until the deal is closed
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to lift 50+ lbs when required
