Responsibilities
Utilize fundamental and quantitative analysis across numerous personal lines products
Communicate and present key metrics and recommended product strategies to leadership
Takes leadership role in special projects as assigned by leader and may be responsible for providing business requirements to IT
Develops long and short-term plans for their assigned product or strategy
Assist in the development of pricing and contract changes for product
Manages the analysis and research performed in the development of new products
Stays abreast of industry developments
Facilitates through other parts of the organization to accomplish results
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent High school diploma or equivalent required
Four years experience in similar role or one year in Senior Product Analyst role
PC Skills, including Excel, PowerBI, Power Point, Access, SAS, Word and basic programming for statistical purposes
Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including ability to make effective presentations
Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn advanced insurance pricing concepts and insurance terms and structure
Ability to manage workflows and set appropriate goals and milestones
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in mathematical or statistical field preferred
Masters degree preferred
