Responsibilities
Provide CAN-level care to clients within the Respite unit
Assist with daily living tasks, basic health monitoring, and documentation
Collaborate closely with Peer Support staff to maintain a safe and supportive environment
Help manage daily operations of the unit and support program flow
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with facility standards
Build rapport with clients while maintaining professional boundaries
Communicate client needs or concerns to program leadership in a timely manner
Participate in required trainings and internal meetings
Qualification
Required
Active CNA Certification
Ability to remain calm, patient, and solution‐focused in a dynamic environment
Strong communication, teamwork, and de-escalation skills
Must be comfortable working within a homeless services environment
Ability to work the full 2nd shift schedule
Preferred
Previous experience working with vulnerable or high‐needs populations
