This part-time role will be responsible for delivering high-quality training experiences that promote unity, equity, inclusion, and awareness across the organization.

Responsibilities
Facilitate Unity & Engagement training sessions (in-person and/or virtual) using provided curriculum, materials, and guidelines
Create an inclusive and respectful learning environment that encourages participation and dialogue
Adapt facilitation techniques to meet the needs of diverse learners and professional roles
Review training content and stay up to date on updates provided by the Unity & Engagement department
Attend orientation and train-the-trainer sessions as required
Coordinate with program staff regarding scheduling, logistics, and participant communication
Collect and submit attendance and participant feedback
Provide input on training effectiveness, participant engagement, and opportunities for improvement
Develop learning tools to evaluate and assess training impact and recommend modifications as needed
Design and track metrics to measure effectiveness of training on the workforce
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree
3+yrs relevant experience
Strong understanding of current learning & development trends and tools that support inclusion and belonging
Knowledge of topics related to belonging and inclusion, cultural awareness, and psychological safety
Proficiency in MS Office
Candidates must consent to a pre-employment background check and drug screen, and must be able to provide two professional job references
Preferred
Training, development or coaching around inclusion certifications preferred
