Responsibilities
Responds to issues related to environment, hardware, system, and/or software and implements resolution across technology areas
Supports multiple systems simultaneously and provides leadership for large project efforts
Performs one or more of the following activities: Configuration Management, System Administration, Security Administration, Network Administration, Development System Implementation, and/or Production System Implementation
Provide support or lead activities related to change management, outage management and/or project management
Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience plus five (5) years of experience in information technology or engineering environment
Knowledge of capital planning and forecasting
Strong analytical, problem solving, and time management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of software, hardware, and network
Preferred
Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following technology domains: 1) Windows Workstation Management (Intune). 2) Application and Device Virtualization (Citrix,RDS, W365) 3) Application Privilege Elevation (CyberArk EPM) 4) Handheld Management (Omnissa/Workspace One, Honeywell, Getac) 5) Thin Client Management (HP Device Manager
Experience with automation tools and scripting languages
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for cross functional collaboration
