Law Practice
Responsibilities
Draft, proofread, and file legal documents such as motions and discovery responses, subpoenas, and correspondence
Manage and organize case files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
Coordinate with experts, clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel
Oversee assistants and legal support staff, delegating tasks and ensuring deadlines are met
Track litigation deadlines, hearings, and case milestones, maintaining proactive communication with the legal team
Assist with document review, production, and trial exhibits
Communicate with clients, providing updates and ensuring excellent client service
Qualification
Required
Team-oriented leader with an ability to mentor and guide staff
Ability to work in the Orlando office
Proficient computer and writing skills
Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Prior First Party Property litigation preferred
Preference will be given to candidates that speak both English and Spanish with expert fluency
