Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)/CRC Intern
Advanced Foot Care LLC is a high-volume podiatry clinic in Phoenix, Arizona, specializing in diabetic foot care and clinical research. They are seeking motivated Clinical Research Coordinators and Interns to manage day-to-day clinical trial operations, providing hands-on exposure to real clinical trials and supporting various aspects of clinical research.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and support assigned clinical trials from start-up through close-out
Assist with or independently manage patient screening, recruitment, enrollment, and retention
Coordinate and support study visits, procedures, and follow-ups
Track visit schedules, protocol windows, deviations, and study milestones
Ensure all study activities are conducted per protocol, SOPs, and ICH-GCP
Support or conduct informed consent discussions in accordance with regulatory requirements
Serve as a point of contact for study participants
Educate patients on study expectations, visit schedules, and compliance requirements
Maintain a patient-centric approach while ensuring protocol adherence
Ensure confidentiality and privacy in accordance with HIPAA and GCP
Assist with or manage regulatory binders and essential study documentation
Support IRB submissions, including: Initial submissions, Amendments, Continuing reviews, Safety reports and notifications
Maintain delegation logs, training logs, CVs, licenses, and certifications
Support compliance with FDA regulations, sponsor requirements, and site SOPs
Participate in monitoring visits, audits, and inspections
Create, review, and maintain accurate source documentation
Enter data into EDC systems in a timely and accurate manner
Assist with identifying and resolving data queries
Ensure documentation follows ALCOA+ principles
Maintain inspection-ready study records at all times
Communicate with sponsors, CROs, and monitors
Assist with or lead monitoring visits (on-site or remote)
Track and resolve follow-up items from monitoring reports
Support feasibility assessments and site qualification visits
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in: Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Public Health, Biomedical Sciences or related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced clinical environment
Professional communication skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
1–3+ years of site-level Clinical Research Coordinator experience
Strong working knowledge of ICH-GCP and FDA regulations
Experience managing patient-facing clinical trials
Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent studies
Preferred
Experience in podiatry, wound care, or device trials
Familiarity with EMR, EDC systems, and CTMS
GCP certification
Experience supporting monitoring visits or audits
Long-term interest in clinical research or regulatory careers
