Responsibilities
Own and grow customer relationships from onboarding through renewal
Act as the technical authority during pre-sales calls, demos, and evaluations
Help customers successfully deploy, integrate, and operationalize the platform
Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering
Drive adoption, value realization, and long-term retention
Qualification
Required
Strong background in Application Security (AppSec, DevSecOps, SAST/DAST, API security, cloud-native security, etc.)
Experience in a Technical Account Manager, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar hybrid role
Comfortable working with engineering teams and security leaders alike
Ability to operate in a startup environment โhands-on, adaptable, and proactive
Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical
East Coastโbased (remote with travel as needed)
