Lead and manage the company safety team
Develop, implement, and enforce safety programs and policies
Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments
Ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations
Deliver safety training and toolbox talks
Partner with project teams to proactively manage site safety
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a Safety Director / Safety Manager role
Strong knowledge of OSHA and commercial construction safety
Confident leader with excellent communication skills
Preferred
Background in commercial construction preferred
