Responsibilities
Act as the "Air Traffic Controller" for all integration workstreams
Drive workstreams across all functions, including but not limited to product and technical integration, HR and employee experience, Go-to-Market strategy and execution, and Compliance, into decision ready executive communications
Manage executive steering committees, governance, and executive-level updates; synthesizing efforts into executive-level documentation to ensure alignment and progress across teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience in program or project management
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree
10 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience leveraging technical acumen to engage in architectural discussions, translate requirements for non-technical audiences, and use data-driven insights to guide strategy
Experience navigating stakeholder ecosystems, including the ability to influence executive leadership and align teams (including engineering, GTM, HR, Legal, and Risk and Compliance) to drive consensus
