Director/ExecutiveFaraMesh is focused on building the execution authorization layer for AI agents, aiming to provide enforceable and auditable control for autonomous systems. The Chief Commercial Officer will have final decision authority over the commercial function, shape the company's strategy, and secure initial enterprise design partners while building a repeatable sales motion.

Secure first 5–10 enterprise design partners
Define category positioning and market narrative
Build repeatable enterprise motion from zero
Close initial revenue
Co-define company strategy with technical founder
Shape pricing model, packaging, and long-term business model
Inform product roadmap based on market signals
Co-lead fundraising narrative with investors
Represent the company in enterprise, partner, and industry settings
Help position Faramesh within regulatory, security, and infrastructure conversations
Build and lead the commercial organization post-Seed
Qualification
Required
Prior founding or early commercial leader at a security, infrastructure, or developer-tools company (first AE, Head of Sales, or early VP)
Built enterprise GTM from zero: defined ICP, shaped messaging, created pipeline, and secured initial wins
Experience hiring and leading early commercial team build-out
Comfortable co-leading fundraising narrative (customer proof, pipeline story, market positioning)
Deal credibility: personally closed meaningful enterprise business (six-figure+)
Comfortable operating without brand recognition and navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
Motivated by building a company and category, not simply carrying quota
Preferred
DevSecOps, IAM, cloud security, CI/CD, or platform tooling
Security review or compliance-driven sales environments
Technical fluency sufficient to discuss APIs and system architecture
