VIR Properties is seeking a highly organised and motivated Entry-level Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing projects and campaigns. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career to develop project management skills within a fast-paced marketing environment.

Management Consulting

Responsibilities

Support the planning and coordination of marketing projects from concept to completion
Assist in managing project timelines, schedules, and task allocation
Help prepare project briefs, presentations, and internal documentation
Liaise with designers, marketers, sales teams, and external partners to support smooth delivery
Track project progress and highlight risks, issues, or delays
Support campaign reporting, performance tracking, and project reviews
Maintain project files, trackers, and documentation
Provide general administrative and coordination support to the project and marketing teams
