Responsibilities
End-to-End Production: Oversee the full lifecycle of a project—from the initial creative pitch and client contract to final delivery
Logistics & Field Production: Manage complex shoot, including logistics from a specialized macro-photography project to an adventure-based field sets
The Business of Craft: Build and maintain meticulous budgets, manage vendor payments, and coordinate international travel for crew and talent
Pitching: Contribute to ideation and creative brainstorming and help the team respond to leads and pitch directly to clients
Production & Post-Production Oversight: Lead the production and post-production workflows to ensure the narrative remains sharp and the aesthetic meets our high-end standards
Creative Growth: We are looking for a partner, not just a manager. You will have the opportunity to direct and take creative ownership of projects as we expand our directorial roster
Sales & Strategic Networking: Leverage your existing network of elite crew and potential clients in other industries – such as other luxury niches (spirit, fashion, etc.), automotive, and outdoor industries
Build Workflow: Provide input and ideas to improve administrative and production workflows and help build those with the leadership team
Manager: Look into the future growth of the company and the prospect of growing the production team as the Head of Production for the agency
Qualification
Required
Taste & Creative Sensibility: You understand the expectations of working with luxury clients and what they and their audiences respond to. You know how to create work that feels considered, intentional, and premium – making things feel elevated through thoughtful choices and attention to detail
Narrative Depth: Aside from commercial work, you have a background (or a strong interest) in documentary and long-form content. You know how to find the 'human' story behind a technical masterpiece
Rugged Versatility: Experience in outdoor or adventure-based production is a significant advantage. You aren't afraid of challenging environments
Operational Excellence: You are a master of schedules and contracts, ensuring the agency remains protected and the client remains impressed
Industry Fluency: Familiarity with the US and European production landscapes is essential
Enthusiast Traveler: Our agency was born in New York but grew around the world. Willingness and passion for travel is essential to always look further and push boundaries past our comfort zone
