Responsibilities
Maintain and organize case files; ensure timely and accurate document filing
Serve as a main point of contact for clients—gather information, provide updates, and deliver excellent client service
Prepare and file pleadings and other documents with Washington state courts
Support attorneys with trial prep, including exhibit organization, witness coordination, and trial binders
Schedule hearings, meetings, and deadlines for multiple attorneys
Answer phones, manage emails, and assist with daily office tasks
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of family law paralegal experience (Spokane County preferred)
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Multitasking skills
Proficiency with legal software/Microsoft Office
A collaborative mindset with the ability to support multiple attorneys
Paralegal Certificate
Must be registered with the Spokane County Bar Association
