Proven experience in Team Management, including leadership, coaching, and developing cohesive teams
Knowledge of Budgeting principles and financial planning practices
Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and maintain client satisfaction
Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Prior experience in digital assets or financial services is a plus
