Managing daily towing and recovery dispatch operations
Supervising dispatch teams
Ensuring efficient communication between the team and drivers
Overseeing scheduling
Maintaining operational records
Developing streamlined procedures
Addressing service issues while ensuring client satisfaction
Working closely with other departments to optimize processes and meet performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational, scheduling, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in managing and directing dispatch teams, as well as maintaining clear communication
Experience with tracking systems, operational reporting, and problem-solving
Knowledge of the towing, recovery, or fleet service industry is a plus
Effective leadership, team management, and decision-making capabilities
Proficiency in use of relevant software and tools
Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage time effectively
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or dispatch operations are advantageous
