Identify and pursue new business opportunities for security services
Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, networking, and other outreach methods
Qualify leads and assess client security needs
Present and explain our security services in a clear, professional manner
Schedule meetings and hand off qualified prospects to management as needed
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
Track outreach activity and results
Represent the company professionally at all times
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (B2B preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship-building
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Organized and results-oriented
Familiarity with security services, staffing, or service-based industries is a plus
