Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the attorney
Conduct client intake and onboarding for EB-1A, NIW, and O-1 cases
Guide clients through evidence collection and documentation requirements
Communicate regularly with clients regarding case progress and next steps
Track deadlines, outstanding evidence, and case milestones
Review and organize incoming evidence for completeness and clarity
Prepare case files for filing, including assembling exhibits and supporting documentation
Assist with preparing and reviewing immigration forms for filing (e.g., Forms I-129, I-140, G-28, related supplements), under attorney supervision
Coordinate closely with the attorney to ensure cases are filing-ready
Maintain accurate, well-organized digital case files and records
Provide a high-touch, responsive, and supportive client experience
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in employment-based immigration law
Familiarity with EB-1A, NIW, and/or O-1 petitions
Experience preparing case files and immigration forms for filing
Strong understanding of evidence gathering and petition preparation
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly responsive, dependable, and proactive
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Preferred
DFW area strongly preferred (to allow for occasional in-person collaboration, as needed)
