Responsibilities
Manage private jet charter requests from inquiry to touchdown
Source aircraft, negotiate rates, and coordinate all trip details
Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and operators
Deliver accurate quotes and ensure seamless trip execution through Ayre Aviation’s internal systems
Stay informed on aircraft availability, pricing, and market trends
Consistently meet and exceed personal and team sales targets
Qualification
Required
At least 6 months of experience in the aviation sector, ideally in charter sales or related aviation work
Solid understanding of aircraft, flight logistics, and charter operations
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A cool head under pressure and sharp attention to detail
Familiarity with CRM and quoting platforms (Avinode, pipedrive, or similar)
Legal eligibility to work in [country]
