Providing level 1-2 onsite technical support
Troubleshooting hardware/software issues
Imaging and upgrading devices
Delivering a high level of customer support and training to employees
Explaining and resolving complex technical issues to a non-technical audience
Finding opportunities for process improvement
Supervising vendor visits and ensuring site work gets done

O365 and Windows 11 environment
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to deliver a high level of customer support and training

Discipline to work independently and remotely
Ability to efficiently supervise vendor visits

Familiarity with Exchange, O365, Active Directory, Printer Support, AV support, Imaging Solutions
