Responsibilities
Processing and execution of sales orders
Responsible for all aspects of the order process including receipt of customer orders, prompt resolution of any issues which may arise throughout the order cycle
Serves as a liaison between the sales team, scheduling team and logistics team
Utilizes order management system to process customer orders and to monitor compliance of all assigned accounts
Maintain knowledge of all internal company policies procedures and software applications
Maintain knowledge of external customers organizational structure procedures and all other pertinent information
Identifies and implements creative solutions to resolve issues which negatively impact any aspect of the company’s relationship with its customers
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years customer service experience
Extremely positive and enthusiastic
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent phone etiquette
Very detail focused
Excels at data entry
A self-starter that is highly motivated
Good team player
Extremely competent in Microsoft applications
Comfortable with new computer programs
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
Preferred
College Diploma desired but not required
