Genesis10 is seeking a Shipping Coordinator for a contract-to-hire position with a leading client in Columbus, OH. The Shipping Coordinator's primary responsibility is to process incoming packages for the corresponding order number and ship them back out to the end-user, while also managing inventory and assisting with logistics tasks.

Responsibilities

Processing and tracking incoming shipments

Managing the inventory of devices and accessories

Matching incoming devices to open orders

Processing shipments quickly to achieve shipping-related service level agreements (SLA)

Recording all data for outbound shipments

Processing return orders from clients

Equipping and provisioning devices as required

Assisting with the final order review

Assisting with tasks to ensure Logistics and client run smoothly

Providing support to Helpdesk, Logistics, and Project Management teams

Performs other related duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
