Responsibilities

Develop and maintain system requirements and traceability across the lifecycle
Define test strategies, plans, and acceptance criteria for all testing phases
Design and execute verification & validation activities (functional, performance, reliability)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers and system architects
Lead integration of hardware, software, and mission systems in secure DoD environments
Apply modern DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing

Required

Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
14+ years of relevant work experience
Strong systems thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Practical experience with requirements decomposition, tracing, and configuration management
Experience writing and executing test plans for system-level integration and verification
An active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)
