Investor Relations Associate

Nakamoto is a modern, treasury-led Bitcoin holding company focused on growing a Bitcoin-denominated balance sheet through strategic investments. The Investor Relations Associate will support the company’s investor relations strategy, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure effective communication with shareholders and analysts.

Responsibilities

Maintain and continuously update the investor contact database, tracking outreach, meeting notes, and engagement metrics
Develop and manage internal trackers and dashboards for shareholder composition, analyst coverage, and institutional ownership trends
Support the creation and maintenance of IR calendars — including earnings cycles, conferences, roadshows, and investor events
Track deliverables for quarterly earnings prep, press releases, FAQs, and investor presentations
Maintain a central repository of IR materials (presentations, filings, talking points, Q&A documents)
Assist with compiling investor feedback, peer benchmarking, and sentiment analysis following calls, events, and earnings
Support the Head of IR with preparation of IR reports for executive and board review (e.g., investor engagement summaries, market perception, and ownership changes)
Track daily and weekly stock price performance, trading volume, and institutional flows, flagging notable movements or trends
Monitor analyst models and estimates, helping maintain an internal consensus tracker
Coordinate logistics for investor meetings, non-deal roadshows, and conferences
Represent the company at investor conferences and in meetings with analysts
Prepare briefing materials and summaries before and after investor or analyst meetings
Assist in the preparation of IR-related materials, including earnings call decks, press releases, and talking points
Help ensure all external communications are accurate, consistent, and compliant with regulatory requirements
Maintain IR tools and CRM systems (e.g., Irwin, Q4, Nasdaq IR Insight, FactSet)
Build and document processes for recurring IR tasks, including tracking, reporting, and compliance workflows
Support coordination between Legal, Finance, and Communications to ensure IR deliverables are synchronized

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
2–5 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, financial communications, or equity research
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with high attention to detail
Comfortable working with large data sets and financial models
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with IR platforms (Irwin, Q4, Bloomberg, Nasdaq IR Insight) is highly desirable

Preferred

Experience in a public company environment preferred
Familiarity with Bitcoin preferred
