Administrative Assistant

Elite Contracting Solutions is a general contractor based in Baltimore City, seeking a motivated and personable Administrative Assistant to join their growing team. The role involves supporting day-to-day office and accounting functions, utilizing QuickBooks, and providing administrative support to office employees.

Construction

Responsibilities

Use QuickBooks for data entry, invoices, payments, and basic account tracking
Assist with accounts payable and receivable
Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
Perform general administrative and office support duties - Answer phones, manage emails
Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately
Contribute to company reports
Maintain an organized filing system
Communicate professionally with vendors and internal staff

Required

2+ years experience using QuickBooks (required)
High school diploma/GED required
2+ years as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, Google Suite
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
Must have reliable transportation

Preferred

Associate's degree or administrative training is preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
