Responsibilities

Partner directly with your assigned External RVP to manage scheduling, follow-up, advisor outreach, and ongoing support across partner and advisor accounts
Maintain consistent communication rhythms to ensure visibility into activities, priorities, and upcoming meetings
Help reach KPIs, Activity Standards, and Success Metrics assigned for territory/region in partnership with External RVP for meeting/outreach activity expectations, follow up SLAs, reporting accuracy metrics, advisor engagement milestones & ongoing adoption, and support of partner activation goals
Ensure all outbound communication, follow-up, and advisor interactions comply with regulatory standards and internal guidelines
Maintain expert-level knowledge of Empathy’s solutions and how they integrate with carrier products to support advisor education
Monitor utilization and beneficiary activation trends to support proactive outreach campaigns
Maintain accurate, timely CRM data (Salesforce preferred), capturing advisor interactions, meetings, and events with full fidelity
Ability to produce targeted marketing cadences via sales enablement features within SalesForce for proactive outreach
Produce territory dashboards, KPI reports, and pipeline summaries to give leadership and partners clear visibility into activity and outcomes on weekly/monthly basis
Coordinate logistics for advisor events, CE sessions, webinars, and conferences—registration, communication, materials preparation, and post-event reporting
Collaborate with Field Marketing for aligned materials and field readiness (not ownership of content or advance planning)
Serve as the operational liaison between the wholesaling team, Client Success Management, Field Marketing, and Business Development to ensure clear communication and smooth partner experiences
Support execution of regional business plans, ensuring territory activities map to broader national priorities
Manage travel arrangements, budgeting, and expense submissions for your assigned External Wholesaler in accordance with company policies
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, meeting recaps, and follow-up materials
Track advisor adoption, engagement, and activation metrics; synthesize insights to help identify opportunities for improved field performance
Suggest process improvements to enhance the speed, accuracy, and efficiency of territory operations

Required

3+ years of experience in internal wholesaling, sales coordination, field marketing, or sales operations within insurance, financial services, or a related industry
Have a keen sense of understanding around carrier product integration, partner distribution models, & advisor use cases
Strong command of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and experience building or maintaining dashboards and activity reports
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with senior leaders, partners, and advisors
Collaborative team player who thrives on supporting others and ensuring shared success
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic familiarity with reporting tools and experience generating simple financial and/or activity analyses
Passion for operational excellence, process improvement, and contributing to a mission-driven organization
Comfortable with video conferencing (zoom, google meet, etc), Powerpoint/Keynote, Slack
