Responsibilities
Conduct IT audits and discovery for acquired entities, capturing infrastructure, applications, and dependencies
Complete detailed IT discovery documentation to support integration planning
Collaborate with stakeholders to validate findings and resolve gaps
Prepare structured work packages for implementation engineers, ensuring clarity and readiness for execution
Maintain compliance and governance standards throughout documentation and handover processes
Reports to the BA Lead and works closely with Project Managers and technical implementation teams
Acts as a liaison between business units and technical delivery
Ensures smooth transition from discovery to execution within the M&A integration workstream
Qualification
Required
Experience as an IT Business Analyst
Ability to conduct IT audits and discovery for acquired entities
Experience in capturing infrastructure, applications, and dependencies
Proficiency in completing detailed IT discovery documentation
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to validate findings and resolve gaps
Experience in preparing structured work packages for implementation engineers
Knowledge of compliance and governance standards
Ability to act as a liaison between business units and technical delivery
Experience in M&A integration workstreams
