Responsibilities
Innovate compelling new ads experiences in a changing environment
Think creatively on “finding” or building the right quality, extraction, data models and data-driven execution
Design and build end-to-end infrastructure that serves under tight latency and freshness constraints
Partner closely with prediction, auction, and key stakeholders to help identify the right solution
Iterate on user and advertiser experiences to find one that meets their needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience programming in Python or C++
7 years of experience leading technical project strategy, Machine Learning (ML) design, and optimizing ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, fine tuning)
5 years of experience with design and architecture; and testing/launching software products
5 years of experience with one or more of the following: Speech/audio (e.g., technology duplicating and responding to the human voice), reinforcement learning (e.g., sequential decision making), ML infrastructure, or specialization in another ML field
Preferred
Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
8 years of experience with data structures/algorithms
5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction
Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: C/C++, Python, or Java
Experience in design and implementation end-to-end full stack development
Experience in managing medium-sized teams
