Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and ensure the successful execution of LIHTC relocation processes
Manage project planning and implementation
Coordinate with clients and residents
Resolve any challenges that may arise
Lead and manage move crews
Ensure timely completion of work on move days
Provide training to team members as needed
Communicate with stakeholders
Ensure adherence to compliance standards and company procedures
Conduct inspections and delivery of pre-move notices
Qualification
Required
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients, residents, and team members
Proficiency in Research and Project Management to plan, execute, and oversee relocation projects efficiently and effectively
Ability to conduct Training sessions and share knowledge to support team development and project success
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to address challenges and maintain seamless operations
Prior experience in relocation services, property management, or LIHTC projects is highly advantageous
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
