Sales Operations & Events Coordinator
TentBox is the UK’s leading roof tent brand, revolutionising outdoor exploration with high-performance products. The Sales Operations & Events Coordinator will provide support to the B2B sales team, ensuring efficient sales operations and coordinating grassroots events to enhance brand visibility.

Responsibilities
Sales Administration: Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts in coordination with the sales team
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data, opportunities, and pipeline activity in the CRM system
Order Processing: Coordinate order entry, approvals, and delivery schedules with internal departments (e.g., operations, logistics, finance)
Reporting & Analysis: Produce regular sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts for management review
Customer Support: Respond to partner inquiries, manage follow-ups, and resolve any pre or post-sale issues promptly
Team Coordination: Support Sales Managers, Account Executives and Marketing Managers with scheduling, documentation, and meeting preparation
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in sales operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Regional Partner Support & Development: Visit partner showrooms, build relationships, and ensure the TentBox brand is represented to the highest standard. Opportunities to support the sales function with business development & prospecting
Event Coordination: Coordinate TentBox’s presence at events with showroom partners, retailers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and strong brand visibility
Event Planning & Logistics: Support the planning, logistics, and on-site setup of events (booth setup, product display, scheduling, and materials)
Brand Representation: Attend events and act as the face of the brand, engaging with consumers, partners, and prospects to build awareness and credibility
Visual & POS Support: Support the creation and deployment of visual assets and POS materials (brochures, roll-ups, flags, signage, and branded elements)
Product Demonstrations: Present and demonstrate TentBox products on-site, answering questions and educating audiences on features and benefits
Post-Event Reporting: Contribute to post-event debriefs, performance reviews, and recommendations for future improvements
Qualification
Required
1-3 years experience in sales operations and brand activation
Strong organisational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Fluent in English and French
Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and French
Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude
High level of integrity and professionalism
Excellent IT skills - documents, Excel, presentations
Customer-focused with a proactive problem-solving attitude
Experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role
Valid French driving licence required
Preferred
Familiarity with sales reporting tools and CRM platforms
Experience in a B2B sales environment
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends
