Responsibilities
Engage with clients and partners effectively
Manage a project through all phases of design through construction documents and administration
Participate in a variety of functions of a small architectural office
Lead a wide variety of project types
Qualification
Required
More than 10 years of experience
Preferably licensed or on track to obtain a license
Extensive experience working on a variety of client project types
Demonstrated ability to engage with clients and partners effectively
Manage a project through all phases of design through construction documents and administration
Creative Thinking
Bachelor's degree, or higher, in Architecture from an accredited institution
10+ years of experience in an architectural office
4+ years of project management experience
Advanced capabilities in Revit is required
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Photoshop is also desired
Willingness to participate in a variety of functions of a small architectural office
Desire to continue to build the firm, collaborate, demonstrate and share knowledge with advancing colleagues
Organizational and communication skills to manage multiple projects
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience and desire to lead a wide variety of project types
