Agentic is building a small, focused AI services practice delivering end-to-end AI, ML, GenAI, and agentic systems for startups and growing teams. They are seeking a Business Development & Growth Partner to identify, engage, and convert potential clients, supporting deal structuring and client onboarding while working closely with the technical lead.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential clients (founders, CTOs, product and data leaders)
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and understand client needs
Initiate conversations and help shape early problem framing
Support deal structuring and client onboarding
Work closely with the technical lead to align client needs with delivery capabilities

Required

Experience in B2B services, consulting, or solution selling (technical background a plus)
Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with technical and business stakeholders
Ability to work independently and operate in an early-stage, flexible setup
Interest in AI, ML, GenAI, or data-driven products (deep technical skills not required)
