They are hiring a Deal Desk Analyst to manage the lifecycle processes of Statements of Work, Proposals, and RFP responses, collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality submissions.

Responsibilities

Manages activities and tasks for writing SOWs, developing templates and coordinating RFP responses
Collaborates with other analysts, Sales and Pre-sales to establish priorities based on forecasts
Coordinates and collaborates with SMEs, NewRocket’s Delivery and Sales Management teams, Product Development, Legal, and Sales Operations to establish, document and incorporate solution standards
Ensures proper contractual information is included in contracts such as what is in- scope and out-of-scope, Terms and Conditions, Assumptions, Deliverables, Engagement methodology and timeline
Contributes to identifying needs for ongoing development of repository of templates, standard language, product collateral, exhibits and other data resources to create high quality, meaningful and accurate responses
Contributes to data integrity within Sales Tools by ensuring that executed documents are on file, pricing information is captured correctly and other details are captured where required
Effectively communicates with management or leadership to gather approvals for non-standard language
Determines proposal concepts by identifying and clarifying opportunities, needs and mandatory requirements
Manages proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval; entering and monitoring tracking data; coordinating requirements with contributors; contributing proposal status information to review meetings; transmitting proposals
Gathers information by identifying sources of information; coordinating submissions and collections; identifying and communicating risks
Develops proposal documents by assembling information including project nature, objectives/outcomes/deliverables, implementation, methods, timetable, staffing, budget, standards of performance, and evaluation; writing, revising, and editing drafts including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials

Required

Bachelor's in Business or English or 5 years professional experience
4 years of experience in technology industry OR, 2 years in technology professional services
2 years of experience in contract/proposal/rfp writing
Detail oriented and highly organized
Self-starter with ability to work and prioritize independently
Solution oriented
Contract and proposal quality assurance
Understands that documents like legal SOWs, and proposals create lasting impressions for our customers, and that we must always create a great first impression!

Preferred

Project Management or Project Coordination (nice to have!)
Salesforce experience (also nice to have!)
