Responsibilities
Outreach and follow-ups from email
Coordinating shipping of books/materials to confirmed recipients
Tracking everything in a simple Google Sheet (contacts, follow-ups, outcomes)
Promote and send out books
Engage to provide our expertise through:
Articles / client alerts / blog posts on AI developments and industry impacts
Speaking engagements
Executive briefings for leadership teams
Policy or governance guidance (e.g., responsible-use policies, risk frameworks)
Case studies and best practices (what works, what to avoid, and why)
Qualification
Required
Highly organized and reliable (this is the #1 requirement)
Some admin/coordination experience
Curious and open to learning about AI + the legal industry
Strong Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, professional messaging
Experience in Community Outreach and building relationships with diverse stakeholders
Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
Preferred
Background in marketing, public relations, or a related field is a plus
