The role involves diagnosing hydraulic hose failures, fabricating and installing hose assemblies, and maintaining service standards while communicating with customers.

Responsibilities
Diagnose hydraulic hose failures and service issues
Fabricate and install hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies
Route and secure hoses properly to prevent premature failure
Perform clean, professional installations that meet safety standards
Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and solutions
Accurately document work for invoicing and service records
Maintain your mobile service unit, tools, and inventory
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (with incentive pay)
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to safely operate a large service van
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
Comfortable working in industrial environments (oil, grease, weather)
Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass background and driving checks
Preferred
Experience in diesel, heavy equipment, industrial maintenance, field service, or mechanical trades is a plus—but not required
