Responsibilities
Manage more than one project at one time-varying in size
Be responsible for all or some of the project phases such as; Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Custom Millwork Detail, and Shop Drawings Review
Qualification
Required
3–5 years full-time experience at an architecture or interior design firm
Skilled in coordinating/producing/managing CD sets and millwork drawings
Strong project management + consultant/contractor coordination including reviewing contractor RFI's
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience with client + vendor relations
Knowledge of design resources (hard materials, millwork, plumbing, lighting, hardware, etc.)
Proficient in reviewing shop drawings and drafting interior plans, elevations and details in Revit
MUST be highly Revit proficient and comfortable in SketchUp, Excel, In-Design, and Photoshop
Experience in all aspects of design and production
Ability to manage more than one project at one time varying in size
Enthusiastic, hard-working, well-organized, and highly motivated
Good design sense and knowledgeable in creating construction documents
Experience in dealing with clients, vendors, and contractors
Preferred
Experience in luxury residential work is preferred
High end luxury residential experience a plus
