Responsibilities
Ensure all safety and environmental compliance-related work tasks are met according to requirements
Perform area walks and log findings in the Good Catch system
Make regular suggestion on how safety can be improved in the area and on site
Create and implement automated workflows using RPA tools
Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities
Write and maintain scripts for automation tasks
Test and debug RPA solutions to ensure they function correctly
Document RPA processes, including design, development, and deployment steps
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for RPA solutions
Work closely with business analysts, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
Perform the Weekly Probe Ship Part Type (PSPT) projection and Capable to Match (CTM) report load and work with Silicon Supply Planning (SSP) team if any changes are needed in CTM horizon
Evaluate capacity resource requirement to achieve the weekly CTM loading plan
Provide Weekly Huddle and Supply Chain Critical (SCC) targets to probe team and update PSPT ships dashboard
Evaluate Weekly DRAM wafer sale demand and submit request to FLOD team to change the right PSPT
Analyze and provide approval on weekly Die Mix projection changes from planners to support demand changes in the frozen and slushy zone and, incorporate changes in weekly CTM load
Coordinate with Global Supply Management (GSM) to align Fab output with Backend Manufacturing needs
Monitor daily excursion tracking and update impacted material quantity in excursion summary table, and escalate if additional wafer starts is required
Develop excursion recovery plans in terms of volume and timing to mitigate potential supply risk
Drive actions to ensure priority DID and PSPT demand is met working with work with shift ops and probe team
Work with Central SIC Engineering team to implement global projects to keep Fab 6 aligned to best known methods
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree In Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Or Related Field
Queuing Theory
Material Requirements Planning (MRP) based systems
Database Management Systems, including MS SQL server management studio and/or Snowflake
Business Intelligence reporting and dashboard development
Fab Cycle Time management
Theory of Constraints and Semiconductor manufacturing line management
