Oversee the design and implementation of staging plans to prepare homes for sale
Select and organize furniture, artwork, and décor
Collaborate with clients and team members to enhance home appeal
Maintain an inventory of staging materials
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a seamless client experience throughout the staging process
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Interior Design and Decoration
Strong Customer Service skills and experience working with clients
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to various client needs
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
Preferred
Familiarity with real estate trends in the South Bay and Silicon Valley
