Mid LevelUnited Fellowship Bible Church is seeking a motivated and organized Onsite Manager to oversee volunteer operations at various stadiums. The Onsite Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing volunteers to ensure productivity and adherence to performance expectations.

Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard volunteers for stadium events
Supervise volunteers during events, ensuring they are assigned appropriately and performing their duties efficiently
Manage daily operations of volunteer teams at booths and restaurants
Monitor volunteer attendance, productivity, and overall performance
Provide guidance, support, and coaching to volunteers as needed
Ensure all health, safety, and operational standards are followed
Report regularly on volunteer output, challenges, and successes to organizational leadership
Participate in pre-event training and planning sessions to ensure smooth operations
Qualification
Required
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Reliable transportation to multiple stadium locations
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and event days
Responsible Beverage Sales & Service Training Certificate (provided)
Preferred
Experience in volunteer coordination, event management, or customer service is a plus
