Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage prospective customers through outbound prospecting
Conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to qualify leads
Clearly communicate Your Events Team’s value proposition to venue decision-makers
Schedule product demos and discovery calls with qualified prospects
Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking within the CRM
Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, positioning, and sales strategy
Provide feedback on lead quality, objections, and market trends
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or outbound prospecting
Comfortable working in a commission-only environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident speaking with business owners, GMs, and event directors
Self-directed, organized, and accountable
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to control income through performance
Ability to quickly learn software products and articulate value clearly
Preferred
Experience selling SaaS or subscription-based software
Familiarity with hospitality, events, restaurants, bowling centers, or FECs
Experience using CRM tools for pipeline and activity tracking
Prior experience as a BDR, SDR, AE, or full-cycle sales rep
