Start in 2026The Leonidas Foundation is dedicated to empowering young leaders through leadership, entrepreneurship, and opportunity. The Program Support & Development Intern will assist with daily operations, marketing, fundraising, and community engagement, providing hands-on experience in nonprofit management.
Non-profit Organization Management
Responsibilities
Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement
Support marketing and communications initiatives
Assist with event planning, coordination, and in person support when applicable
Support fundraising efforts including outreach, donor communications, and campaign support
Conduct grant research and assist with proposal development
Assist with program coordination and administrative tasks
Support data entry, reporting, and organization of internal documents
Provide general operational support across foundation initiatives
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a high school diploma, associate, bachelor's, or master's degree
Exceptions considered for candidates seeking hands-on experience outside of a formal degree program
Passion for youth development and community impact
Organized, reliable, and detail oriented
Tech savvy and comfortable learning new tools
Able to work independently with guidance and instruction
Preferred
Written and verbal communication
Basic computer skills (Google Workspace)
Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
Strong time management and organization
