Responsibilities

Join a hard-working team devoted to client success in an array of commercial litigation fields, including real property litigation, banking, creditor’s rights, contract disputes, construction litigation, probate matters, partition, business valuation, merger litigation, and governmental zoning and land use litigation
Take and defend depositions
Draft dispositive, expert, and/or discovery motions

Qualification

Commercial litigation experienceFlorida Bar admissionWritten advocacy skillsOral advocacy skillsDeposition experienceCommunity service involvement

Required

Two to five years of meaningful experience within the commercial litigation field
Experience in a variety of aspects of commercial litigation and business torts
Well-versed in taking and defending depositions
Prior experience in drafting dispositive, expert, and/or discovery motions
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Admitted to the Florida Bar
